After so many questions, most of the questions a beginner are asking are pretty much the same. Answering back and forth is also quite a waste of energy.
I learned from this sharing experience: First, please help me read the book first. If I do not know, I read a basic book, thin only, do not worry too much. 🙂
Reading helps me to understand the basics of why there is yin-yang, why balance, why people need to eat cereals, brown grains,….If I understand, then I start to discuss more deeply. Background knowledge is very important, when we still accept, if we do not understand, we will not understand much.
The second factor is equally important as the perception. What do I put in my stomach, how do I feel, if there are any announcements, my body will be healthy or tired the next day… please listen to those signs. Like drinking a can of beef, eating a bowl of pho on the street, feeling healthy and delicious after a few hours, will you be tired?
To feel the most, you try to eat it clean for 5-7 days and then eat mess on the sidewalk, then its body will immediately alert! Maybe it’s starting to get smarter already.
Feeling is very important, because people who have experienced it only know, those who have not experienced it, they insist on their own views, so as much as they can say is not equal to “try” practice and feel results.
